Past Life Regression is the first part of a QHHT® session. This regression includes past, present and future lives as well. You are reminded of those life lessons as they relate to your current situation. Your higher self is then brought "in", to answer a list of questions you had compiled for the practitioner before hand. At this time your guides, ascended masters, deceased loved ones might step forward to lend some helpful information. We will then end the session with a body scan in order to reveal any stagnant energy, thought forms, or entities. We address anything that might come up through the body scan. Overall, this process involves inducing an individual into the Somnambulistic state which is essentially the sleepy state you have twice a day: when waking up in the morning and drifting off to sleep at night. You will get exactly what is needed from your session, as your higher self sees fit.
